You can customize your character color and "buy" taunts and win quotes using in game money. There is also wallpapers and ringtones.
3 new stages. Snowy Russian stage, colliseum stage, and brewery stage.

"Shadowloo brewery". I shit you not, the stage has the Shadowloo logo inside a barn of sorts... with a rack of beer kegs. There's also some sort of German-like dude in a kilt nearby. If you get knocked down near the kegs, they will collapse and roll everywhere. The German dude freaks out.

Chun-Li's stage, there's an old guy riding a bike - if a character hits a big move, the old guy will fall off the bike, and get up sort of cursing the fighters.
