I <3 timberline, but I havent been up there in a few years. last few years we've been going to meadows. Imo timberline is better they also have alot more beginner runs so its a good place to learn, so long as its not to windy and its not icy and I have no idea about rentals

check out the ski and snowboard show they have at the expo center every year, you can score some damn good deals there. I bought my Burton canyon there for 75% off because it was last years model. Wich reminds me... I need a new board

I used to live in northern Utah, okay lived there for a year and a half. I went to Powder Mountain there.. it was really cool, then down the mountain was

I was used to the speed from bombing down all the streets on my skateboard all the time.. but when I moved back to kansas.. I was lost

fucking LOST. I went to Copper Mountain Colorado the next season and I just plain sucked. The speed was outrageous compared to what I was transitioned back into and I must have had a sucky board.. thinking it was a weird K2 or some shit.. anyway it sucked and I got discouraged after that. That was the time that had I been in a bigger city/town/if skating was more popular then I would have been an pro-amateur easy. I came from SaltLake area where guys were weaving cars (as they were driving down the streets) to in some areas brick streets

Kansas sucks in that respect

I see boards all the time, when I get a chance I plan on moving back around mountains. You guys are lucky. Have fun and... I will PM you wiff my address for stickers
