Jades asked me about my diet, so here we go
My diet consitantly consists of 2 eggs in the morning over rice (cooked in oil :/ )
lunch: Usually something like Kale onion, garlic and crispy pork,
or
egg noodles with beef,
dinner ranges all over
from Thai BBQ, the kale dish above, more eggs, dried beef, fried talapia, fried octopus,
everything is with rice
I eat American food about 1 meal every 1-2 weeks, drink 1-2 cokes a week. I average about 2-3 liters of water a day and only go out drinking 1-2 times a week.
Now tonight I did 20 mins on an elip at a mod rate
4x15 Barbell Rear Delt Rows with a 45lb bar
4x10 25lb One-Arm Dumbbell Row
4x10 15lb hammer curls
Concentrated curls
I failed on my left side on my second set at #6
I completed two sets of 10 on my right arm
Two different shoulder presses
4x10 70lbs
100sit ups
