Workout 8/20/8

Last night
I walked 20 mins on an elip
rode a bike lightly for 20 mins
15x4 15lbs double bicep curls
15x4 15lb arnold curls
15x4 7lb overhead tricep extension
75 sit ups
My shoulders are much weaker than the rest of my body, and I always have a hardtime with overheads. I want to double their weight by the time I return home
my weight is 180lbs 5'8"
