20 mins mod on an elip
leg press 108kg 4x15
calf press 90kg 4x15
frog leg press (I don't even know what to call this, but I touch my heels and point my toes away from each other) 81kg 4x15
heel press 90kg 4x15
standing calf press I don't know the weight, but it was a full stack and it felt like nothing. I'm guessing sub 100lbs 4x15
40 inclined sit ups with 10lb 10 w/o weight
notes: At my other gym I was pushing 170kg, thats' and extra 130+ lbs more than here. It felt really rough, like it wasn't lubricated well. Once I pushed out fully and began my reps it felt like I could take a bit more weight.
