I weigh 82kg

20 mins on a bike
5 mins lvl 2 mod
5 mins lvl 3 mod
5 mins level 1 fast
5 mins lvl 4 mod

I did 4 different shoulder exercises with 4k weights 4 sets of 10 (I have to learn their names)

dumbell bench press 20lb 4x10

Tricep extensions 4x10

sit ups in ab chair 25x4


No fails.



October goal
Shoulders 10kg
biceps 45lbs
tricepts 45lbs

My diet consitantly consists of 2 eggs in the morning over rice (cooked in oil :/ )

lunch: Usually something like Kale onion, garlic and crispy pork,

or

egg noodles with beef,


dinner ranges all over

from Thai BBQ, the kale dish above, more eggs, dried beef, fried talapia, fried octopus,

everything is with rice


I eat American food about 1 meal every 1-2 weeks, drink 1-2 cokes a week. I average about 2-3 liters of water a day and only go out drinking 1-2 times a week.
