Played the online multiplayer demo yesterday for the PS3, deff not a fan of it so far... but I will give it a try again when i'm not as drunk lol.

It did have MW beat IMO in a few places though;

1. Sound - The sound quality of this game, IMO is better than that of the CoD series. Fromt he voices to the sound effects, it has it beat.

2. Graphics - Battlefield 2 looked like it had slightly better landscape graphics than MW. THe soilders however, were not as impressive as MW.

I like the larger battlefields myself and destructible terrain. BC and BC2 both have way better sounds than MW.

Ok, so i've been playing the demo virtually nonstop for a few weeks. It's pretty badass now that i've gotten used to the controlls, and IMO has the chance and ability to DESTROY MW2 for onlineplay. Let me make some examples...

1. The sound effects are amazing, you hear everything clear as day

2. The garphics are ok... not great like MW2, but 8/10 so it's still good

3. The visual aspect of the game is great, you have great visibility over the map and don't have some goofy ass shit blocking your view like you do in MW2 (A,B,C in Domination, skull & cross bones, etc, etc, etc) You can litterally be snipeing on the other side of the map (which is fucking huge BTW) and see everything that is going on.

4. The controlls seem to be a little bit better, you can't really straff as well as you can in MW, but again it's the demo... but the aiming is almost dead on, snipers rejoice.

5. When you are in a firefight with another player and you get killed by the other player... BUT you also fired a killshot towards that player right before you died.... IT COUNTS AS A KILL! Unlike MW where if you die, your bullet or toob or whatever disappears and you don't get the kill that you know you should've gotten.

6. You have a choice of spawn and can change loadouts on the fly... I don't think I even need to explain how important this is.

7. You can shoot down enamy UAVs and Airstrikes with a sniper rifle by shooting it in the right spot... JUST LIKE IN REALITY... not like in MW where you have to dump a whole goddamn clip and then some into a helo or harrier etc.

8. Being able to destroy the enviroment is KEY in some matches for BF and is great... in MW the enviroment is invincible!!!!1111FAIL.

So far this game looks like it has just about everything that it needs to pwn MW2 in it's face and then some. Hopefully it delivers because im tired of MW and it's bullshit.

I got on MW2 the other day and was a solid 7 and 2 on my first map. that is until there was like 3 minutes left and i somehow died while even in the load out menu b4 i spawned???? WTF m8! I ended with like 9 and 21 or something ridiculous. seriously dont have a CLUE how i kept dying exactly( i never saw another player form the other team i just kept getting blown up) and how I'd be on the bottom of a 2 story building and a C130 or harrier or chopper gunner would still kill me through all 3 floors

Turned it off, and came to the conclusion that I've resulted in only playing online when i see friends online, i get too annoyed otherwise.

The BF demo is only online till the 25th of Feb, after that it'll be onsale on the 2nd.

Demo it for a day atleast, it only takes about 10min to dl it and try it out... but i'm deff Blockbustering it and going to try the single player. I love the online play of this so far, but again it's only the demo... but so far it has MW beat on so many levels. It's just like playing BF 1942 but only on a modern scale.

I dl'd a patch for MW and i'm assumeing it was for the care package glitch, since every care package I got I was kicked out of the a match... not cool.

It's great, I was going to DL it for the PS3 but wasn't sure if anyone still played it or not. When I had it on XBL people were playing the hell out of it for the first few months.

I was the king at the coral sea dog fighting map, i'd get atleast 17 kills in that one.
I may pass on 1943 since BFBC2 is coming out in like a week, and I want to see how that is in full retail version. I'm really likeing all the vehicles that are avail, uav, abrams, apache, blackhawk, bradleys... should be mawl.

I can never really get the bombs with the planes...
If i'm going 100% full OMG speed I can hit stuff. But usually i'm going so fast that I wreck and its not worth it
