DarkMesa Occupations and Side Jobs
A what is you occupation thread, what do you do for a job, what do you do for a side job, etc.
I work at my mothers church and chaplaincy training organization. been working here full time, ever since i've been out of highschool... about 4 years. I dont have a side job, but i want to get one and want to do something else as far as a career goes. thats basically it... SO, what do you all do? and full time student is an occupation LOL

Full Time with the Navy, I run a TV Studio and control the TV's on board the ship about 4000 in all. I also work on all the satellite communications for the ship.
On the side, I work for sporting inc. doing video editing. 1 more I volunteer with NW Outfitters a Search & Rescue group, basically hikers get lost and we go out and try to find them.

Part-time student. So I have no time for any side jobs. Although I'd like to get in the business of wedding planning. Still trying to figure out how to do that.

Wow this thread made it this many posts without the Arnold "who is your daddy and what does he do" you guys are slacking!
Im a legal assistant (better phrased as office bitch) I have been doing this work for 8 years now. My main field is Immigration Law. I have also done criminal, family, estate, and personal injury work. Basically, I do all the work, the attorneys get $300 an hour, and pay me a very small amount of that!

Production Tech for Valspar Industrial Coatings. I make the electrocoatings for everything from metal coathangers, the white part of the Budweiser cans, the coatings on your home apliances, toolboxes, lawnmowers etc. Chances are you have something in your home I made the coatings for.
On the side I help my wife with her accounting for Premier Jewelry and her outdoor photography business. I also do some of the artsy type editing for her. Occasionally I will buy and resell mustangs when I can find them cheap enough. She is a 1st grade teacher.
