Our New house UPDATES with pics, and puppies!!!!

Well, we havent exactly been busy with the house, but we got the bug to really try to attack it and took a week off to try and really bang it out... well we failed LOL but thanks to muh pops, Oxbox, and mainly my Kick ass Uncle we attacked the heck outta the oven and range.

oh yeah and we got a puppay on the same saturday!!!!!!

anyway here is some pics of the kitchen, our bedroom, and the new puppay. hopefully by the end of tommorrow i will have the family room and dining room pretty much finished but will update with pics as i finish a room....

Kitchen B4 any work...

Kitchen after work performed almost entirely by my Uncle, and Oxbox's uber flash light skills... maybe microwave and new toaster oven will go into the spot where the original oven was for a while.

Teh family/party room is done.. hopefully the dining room will be as well by the end of tonight :crosesfingers:
Before move in...

As with bedroom it only needs to have crappy horizontal blinds turned into nice verts, and possably 2 paintings hung on either side of the coutch... MAYBE they may go into office we shall see, but that and putting CD's and DVD's on the racks is it.

EDIT: oh yeah and where blue chair is will be a white leather mini recliner... we are getting a pair of them from Happyfeets grand ma, and by sliding couch and end tables it will fit perfectly, and hoping the second will go on other side of huge speaker, if not its going into the empty corner of the red bed room

Woot!!!!! old style consols

Also backyard got cleaned up a good ammount last weekend... the trees haven't been touched in a few years according to the uber nice neighbors.

Before we moved in...

All cleaned up.... just not sure if i should cut off the last two small branches or not...

Again before we moved in...

and all cleaned up. and the HUGE pile of "leaves" left from cleaning all the trees except for 4 of them (3 will be getting pulled when fence goes in

actually we agreed on the red, the blue which may get updated friday in our office. I chose the green cause i wanted a calm inviting color for the main part of the house. and we wanted the orange to be inbetween the color we went with and the darker one on the swatch but i chose/wanted the "florida/family/game" room to be a bright florida color and Orange is my ultimate favorite color i love them!!!

im not sold on the orange though... i may have to go a TAD ...... TAD bolder with the orange, in some lighting its perfect, but in direct sunlight/camera flash it comes out looking WAY lighter than i was going for we'll see the house warming party will 99% sure be the 16th and if general consensus is its good it stays but if majority seems to think a bit darker shade would work better ill give it a quick hit with a slightly darker shade we'll see

I love the shade near the corner of picture number 1, but dont like how light this color comes out to look in situations like the color just above the Crown bottle in picture #2
