Getting the Water Quality Right in my 29g Fish Tank
Ok. One of my favorite Kribensis Cichlids died. I'm pissed.
pH is 7.0. Temp is 79.5F, plenty of oxygen, perfectly clean water. She has no sign of being hurt/nipped at. No ick, wtf? |

it's a fairly new fish right? it could just not have acclamated right when you brought it home. we've had fish die fairly soon after we bring them home because of the change in tanks or what not. even though the tank was perfectly fine.
on a semi related note, my beta that i've had for almost 2 years just died the other day too. it was sad.

Don't have it anymore man - I just use my work laptop for everything now. my gmail account works just fine still though ![]() I did cycle the tank for 3 days, and used a 'start right' solution. To note, this female that died was the one that hardly ever ate - she let food pass right in front of her and passed it up. |
