uh...sweetie. there's no carbs in diet either. there's still sodium which can make you retain water...but no carbs.

when i switched from regular soda to diet, i lost probably 10lbs. that was like 5 years ago. if i drank more water, that would help with the weight loss as well.

are you sure? because I've read many different studys that have proven diet to not only be worse for your body, but that it doesnt help much when your dieting

sittin here reading the label right now. zero carbs. regular soda has carbs cause it has sugar. soda in general isnt good when your dieting just because of the sodium factor but if you're going to drink it, it should be in moderation and you have to balance it out with water. water is going to flush your system of all the crap you're putting in it. if i dropped the soda completely and drank at least the recommended 8 glasses of water a day and did nothing else, i'd drop at least 10lbs in the first week or two.
