i've been sick for a couple of days, but not too bad. today i decided to skip classes (was feeling fine this morning) but by lunch time i was feeling soooooooooo shitty. what a waste of a day

Well, I just started. And I'm going four times a week. I spend atleast an hour or more doing Cardio alone.

meh...i do 30 minute cardio right now. i'll eventually bump up to 45 but i wont go any higher than that. you can get good results with around 30 minutes even just 3 time a week. i also lift. i'll alternate arms one day and legs the next day. i'm not one to like to spend hours at the gym.

I spend two hours. I also don't go alone, I go with my cousins.
