back from prineville, I found out how big the ware houses on the hill are, we got to go take a tour. the small one covers 10 acres and only has 125 million in inventory (its not yet full), the large one covers 14 acres and you can fit 8 football fields inside it, end to end and only has 175 million in inventroty (its not full yet either). and then theres another 40 acres behind all that wich is full of thousands and thousands of containers that are all full of tires not sure how much inventory is out there but its alot. 90% of the inventory has a 30 day turnover, meaning it all gets shipped out to our stores within 30 days and then is restocked. The really insane thing is, there is only 224 people total (that included 30 people that run the office). that run the whole show on 3 different shifts, 24/7 year round. and then theres the little fact that our company has zero debt... so every single cent of everything is paid for in cash.

It is... tis why were the largest independant tire dealer in the states. every thing in ever store is paid for with cash... hell our store along we have nearly 40 million in inventory... and I have a key and security code
