Why is gas still 3.40 a gallon. According to Yahoo, gasoline is at 2.06 a gallon. Sooooo, the rest is just taxes?

I freaked out earlier when I was putting gas in the mustang. After I pumped it i saw that it was $3.59, so I was like CRAP, I accidentally put in regular. I then looked up & double checked & surprisingly it WAS 93 that i put in
