Carrot Cake

Today for lunch I ate at a really expensive (well, for us Argentines) American food restaurant to prepare myself for my trip to the US soon.

I ate carrot cake for desert and I really really liked it. I had never had it before. Why does it not taste like carrots?

Does anyone know how to make it so I can cook it for my family?

its good.

but to prepare for a trip to america, take a normal burger, then boil it in lard and butter, then pour that mix over some french fries. eat the burger and fries with a diet soda.

yes, I do know what that is, but we do not eat it. We just eat the individual corns, or whatever they may be called.

to prepare for most american food you must first bake dog shit at 350 degrees then place in between two slices of tastless white "wonder" bread.

What kind of foods does a usual Argentine meal consist of?

I do not know, we eat a lot of things.

last night for dinner we ate rice, peas, carrots, and tomato salad with bread and peaches for desert.

The day before yesterday we ate tarta de choclo, which I think for you all is corn quiche. with broccoli on the side.

So you guys don't eat much meat then. Go to a steakhouse when you get here, and get some steak, salad, and a loaded down baked potato.

Idaho potatoes are the best. If you decide to get some, see if they are from Idaho.
