Boss is right, and so is Oxy. The original japanese version is as Boss stated, but they changed the names for the american version because M. Bison = Mike Tyson.... they couldnt do that, so they switched the names around.

If you ever watch the Street Fighter the Animated Movie you see a pic of Balrog (vega in the american game) with his name titled Balrog even though they are calling him Vega in the movie
